Donald is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Inceptus Tax Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a seasoned IT professional, software engineer, architect, and technology leader. Throughout his career, Donald has been known for his ability to translate vision into execution—driving operational efficiency, strengthening systems, and ensuring organizations run smoothly behind the scenes.

As COO, Donald is responsible for turning the company’s strategic direction into actionable results. He focuses on improving processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that Inceptus Tax Solutions operates with precision, reliability, and excellence internally so clients receive the highest level of service externally.

A servant leader at heart, Donald takes pride in serving and empowering his team. He believes strong organizations are built by supporting people, removing obstacles, and creating efficient systems that allow teams to do their best work. Outside of the tax and technology world, Donald enjoys playing the drums, watching movies and comedy shows, traveling, and giving back to the community through his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. About Laureen

Laureen brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to tax preparation, combining a strong foundation in financial services with clear communication and careful attention to detail. Her background includes experience in banking, lending, and client-facing financial work, as well as education and community leadership roles that strengthened her ability to explain complex information with patience and care.

She prepares complete and accurate tax returns with a focus on maximizing available deductions and credits within compliance. Laureen values transparency, ethical practice, and a judgment-free experience, recognizing that each client’s financial situation is unique.

Known for her calm demeanor and strong emotional intelligence, she works to ensure clients feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the tax process.

Outside of work, Laureen is shaped by a richly multicultural life experience. British-born and second-generation Jamaican, she spent her formative and early professional years between Canada and the UK before making Texas home over 15 years ago. She has a deep appreciation for different cultures and values travel, learning, and food-inspired creativity, even as family life has slowed the pace of exploration. Laureen values solo time as much as she treasures time with her children, embracing their individual interests and growth within a uniquely neurodiverse family environment. She also enjoys tinkering and creating, while prioritizing wellness, curiosity, goal setting, and balance in everyday life.
